On the Structural Target Controllability of Undirected Networks

In this article, we study the target controllability problem of networked dynamical systems,in which are tasked to steer a subset network nodes toward desired objective. More specifically, derive necessary and sufficient conditions for xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">structural target controllability linear time-invariant (LTI) systems with symmetric state matrices, such as those representing undirected networks unknown link weights. To achieve our goal, first characterize generic rank xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">symmetrically structured matrices , well modes any numerical realization. Subsequently, provide graph-theoretic structural multiple control nodes. addition, show that these results can be extended lead condition output controllability.
